Customer Terms

1. Agreement and authority

These Terms govern access to Tauri Pro’s cloud portfolio-management services. The person accepting them confirms that they are legally able to bind the organization identified during registration. That organization is the “Customer.”

2. Service and permitted use

Tauri Pro grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for internal business purposes during the applicable subscription. Customer may invite authorized Tauri Users and is responsible for their activity, permissions and compliance.

3. Organizations and Users

• Each User must use individual credentials and keep them confidential.
• Organization Directors and authorized managers control invitations, roles and data access.
• Users joining an existing organization should use an invitation rather than creating a duplicate organization.

4. Plans, billing and Stripe

The free plan includes two Tauri Users and three projects. Paid usage is calculated according to the pricing page or an order form. Payments may be processed by Stripe; Stripe’s terms govern its payment processing services. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Customer data and security

Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. Customer grants Tauri Pro the rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data to provide the service. Security controls, role-based permissions and audit capabilities do not replace Customer’s responsibility to configure access appropriately.

6. Acceptable use, AI and third parties

The Acceptable Use Policy, DPA, AI Feature Terms and applicable third-party provider terms are incorporated by reference. Customer must not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or rely on AI output without appropriate human review.

7. Suspension, inactivity and termination

Tauri Pro may suspend access for security threats, unlawful use or overdue payments after reasonable notice where practicable. Newly created organizations with no activity for six consecutive months may be deleted after advance email notice under the Data Deletion Rules.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis except for express commitments in an order or service-level agreement. Final production terms should define warranty remedies, exclusions, liability caps, indemnities and mandatory consumer protections with legal counsel.

9. Governing law and contact

Insert the contracting Tauri entity, registered address, governing law, dispute forum and legal contact before publication.
