Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all access to and use of the Tauri Pro Service by Customers, Users, and other persons. It is incorporated into the Customer Terms of Service. Customer organizations must ensure that their Users read and comply with this AUP.

1. Safe and Lawful Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes authorized by the Customer organization.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and other rights of Tauri Pro, other users, and third parties.
• Act in good faith and consistently with the Service’s intended business portfolio-management purpose.
• Follow supplemental guidelines published by Tauri Pro.

2. Account and Credential Security

Users are responsible for account and credential security. Users must not share credentials, allow unauthorized access, access data without authorization, conduct security or load testing without written approval, or circumvent authentication, access controls, usage limits, or security features. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately to the Customer administrator and, where appropriate, Tauri Pro.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Security and Infrastructure

• Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or destructive code.
• Launching denial-of-service attacks or actions intended to disrupt the Service or third-party systems.
• Intercepting network traffic or exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.

3.2 Unlawful and Harmful Content

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or incites violence or hatred.
• Phishing, fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, or unlawful surveillance.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis or processing sensitive data without required safeguards.

3.3 Intellectual Property and Data Rights

• Processing content without necessary rights or licences.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service.
• Scraping or systematically extracting data to develop a competing product.
• Removing copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notices.

3.4 Resource Abuse

• Imposing unreasonable load or automating excessive requests.
• Cryptocurrency mining, unrelated mass storage, or disproportionate resource use.
• Disrupting or degrading the experience of other users.

4. AI Features – Responsible Use

• Do not use AI output as the sole or primary basis for legally significant, high-risk, or consequential decisions without qualified human review.
• Do not use AI Features for unlawful discrimination.
• Do not generate deceptive, defamatory, harassing, privacy-infringing, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
• Do not manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent model safety controls.
• Do not submit personally identifiable, special-category, or regulated data where prohibited by the DPA or law.

Customer and Users remain solely responsible for decisions informed by AI output. Tauri Pro accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content as described in the Customer Terms.

5. Customer and User Responsibility

Customer is responsible for activity under its account and each User is responsible for their conduct. Users must ensure uploaded content complies with law and this AUP, promptly remove known violations, and reasonably cooperate with investigations. Tauri Pro shall not be liable for claims arising from Customer’s or User’s failure to comply.

6. Enforcement

Tauri Pro may investigate suspected violations, review relevant logs and metadata, limit or remove content or functionality, issue warnings, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful conduct where required or permitted by law. Except in emergencies, Tauri Pro will endeavor to notify Customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to cure, based on severity.

7. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations promptly to office@tauri.pro. Tauri Pro will investigate credible reports in good faith.
